Tryout Registration

The North Boise FC Galacticos program represents the highest standard of commitment and performance within the club. It is designed for driven players who are prepared to prioritize soccer and pursue development in a demanding, high-performance environment.

Teams will have the opportunity to compete in the NewComp regional league (U13+) and participate in select regional travel throughout the year, including tournaments against strong competition.

Galacticos Program Expectations

  • Galacticos athletes train at an advanced level with three or more sessions per week, emphasizing technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and competitive mentality.
  • Player development extends beyond team training, with independent work expected outside of practice, including technical training, fitness, and game study.
  • While multi-sport athletes are supported, participation requires soccer to be a primary focus, with consistent attendance, accountability, and commitment expected.
  • Teams will have the opportunity to compete in the NewComp regional league (U13 and older) and/or participate in select regional travel throughout the year, including tournaments against strong competition. Match play will include some Sundays, with additional competitive opportunities built into the calendar.

Program Structure

  • Galacticos teams will only be formed in age groups where there is sufficient player interest and quality
  • Participation is not mandatory for top teams across the club
  • This model allows flexibility and aligns with a team vs. team competition structure, rather than a rigid club-wide platform
  • It preserves space for multi-sport athletes while clearly defining a higher-commitment pathway
